Reunion Event

Travel and Trip Risk Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver Form

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 55th Reunion of Taipei First Girls High’s (“TFGH”) Class of 1970 (the "Reunion Event"), the participant (“Releasor”) hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the 55th Reunion Committee or any volunteer assistants of the Reunion Event from any and all liabilities to the Releasor, for any and all loss or damage, and any claims or damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to Releasor’s person or property, or injury resulting in death of the Releasor, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasor or otherwise while the Releasor is participating in the Reunion Event or any extended trip sponsored by the 55th Reunion Committee in any travel or other activities connected with the Reunion Event.

The stated Reunion Event is to be held from the date of October 09, 2025 to October 18, 2025. This includes a cruise ship trip to tour New England and eastern Canada. The ship's name is Royal Caribbean – Vision of the Seas and will depart from the port of Baltimore and return to the same port.
