In consideration of being permitted to participate in the 65th Birthday Reunion of Taipei First Girls High (TFGH) Class 1970 (the "Reunion Event"), the participant (“Releasor”) hereby releases, discharges, and holds harmless the 65th Birthday Reunion Committee or any volunteer assistants of the Reunion Event (the "Releasees") from any and all liabilities to the Releasor, for any and all loss or damage, and any claims or damages resulting therefrom, on account of injury to Releasor's person or property, even injury resulting in death of the Releasor, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise while the Releasor is participating in the Reunion Event or any extended trip sponsored by the 65th Birthday Reunion Committee in any travel or other activities connected with the Reunion Event.
